Good productEasy to useWorked every time.Now a bit brokeCant use itThink it didnt like some corks which were too tough for it.But good while it lasted.Would have thought it should have lasted longer to be honest.Not sure why wife still keeps it. (1) Took a little while to get used to, but soon it became easy to use.After 3 years of using it once or twice a week, it failed to remove corks. I looked at the screw and, thinking it slightly blunt, decide to replace it with the spare. However, it soon became apparent that the screw was going all the way into the cork, but was then screwing back out again.The locking mechanism which should prevent the screw unwinding on the pullout has obviously failed. There is no way to replace this, so the whole thing is now a write off.I am now looking at getting a much simpler cork remover, e.g. the needle/hand pump type.(2) the included foil cutter is tat (I have had a similar one before) and very soon failed; I have bought a much sturdier one, which has the added benefit of being magnetic so I keep it on the side of the fridge!

This is not a good wine cork remover. It does not remove the cork entirely from the bottle when you operate the lever. The cork is only partially removed from the bottle and then you have to forcefully pull the cork out.This is not a patch on a previous one that I used for years. After six months of use, it has gone in the bin.

Bought to replace a plastic lever arm rabbit style one that broke after many 12 years of use. I did note that the metal screw is slightly shorter than the previous rabbit style I had which may account as to why the cork is not pulled out of the bottle fully sometimes. It leaves 1-2mm of cork still in the bottle so you have to pull on the wine opener to finish it off. Removing the cork from the actual opener is not easy as you can't really get your fingers to it, but if you just squeeze the mechanism and pull on the lever as before the screw then exits the cork anyhow. Very happy with this.

Bought this because a very similar one I was given as a gift gave up after over 10 years of use. At first this seemed to do the job but unfortunately it stops short of completely removing the cork from the bottle. I note other reviewers have mentioned this and I thought I could live with it but unfortunately the last bit of wriggling required to remove the last few mm of cork from the bottle has caused it to fail, and now it doesn't work at all. In fact the last time I used it, the cork was pushed right into the bottle and made a mess (of both wine and kitchen). Sadly I've bought one for a friend as a gift and I want to return both but last day for return was 3 days ago. I would be grateful if the seller could help me out and allow a return of both at this stage. Would love to purchase another one once this design flaw has been ironed out as it's otherwise a really clever bottle opener, and I love the aerator too which is great for pouring.

Brilliant product but the corkscrew needs to be just a touch longer. Quite often nearly break cork. If it went in a little more then it would work brilliant and extremely easy to use. Not sure the aerator does anything but that could just be my lack of wine sophistication...

I have problems with my hands which makes it difficult to perform some tasks that would be easier for most people. Thanks to the Innovee corkscrew I can once again enjoy sharing a good glass of wine with my loved ones when I want to.

Fantastic Sommelier set. Very well made, spare corkscrew is an added bonus, foil cutter neatly removes the foil and the pourer aerates red wine beautifully. Excellent for cleanly opening wine bottles and especially good for anyone with limited dexterity (although 2 handed operation is required, it is relatively easy to lower and raise the handle to draw out the cork in one motion). Stylish hard backed presentation box with magnetic lid and full colour instructions. It was a very well received gift for the wine buff in my life :)
