I'm a fan of Mark Bittman and paid attention when he said to make salad dressing using a quality sherry vinegar. this is it. Recipe: one third each: this product, soy sauce (or Bragg amino acids) and quality olive oil. Simple, easy, delicious; that's all you need.

I like to eat salad but it does get little boring day-in and day-out. This sherry vinegar is great to brighten up any salad. I like to use it mainly to make spinach salad. Add a dash of this to EVOO, gorgonzola, cranberries and apples for a delicious salad.

Here in Backwater, USA, even the more progressive supermarket chains have wiped out sherry vinegar to make shelf space for yet more iterations of crowd-pleasing balsamic products, which is why I came to buy it on Amazon. This is good quality and is terrific for a fig vinaigrette I make.Drawback: Wish I could buy it in smaller quantities. You may want to split the goods (these are two 25.4 oz. bottles) with friends who cook.

Excellent Sherry Vinegar...the perfect final touch for soups, and for use in marinades, and vinaigrettes.

This is very good sherry vinegar and has great value price. I use this vinegar for salad dressings and sweet and sour sauces and reductions. It's got a crisp, clean flavor.

This Sherry vinegar is amazing! Large amounts are not needed for a fantastic flavor...the saying "a little bit goes a long way" holds true with this. I add it at the end when sauteeing mushrooms...absolutely delish!

Had been using this delicious Sherry Vinegar for a long time. When I tried to find it again in our area, I couldn't find it anywhere. I was very pleasantly surprised to find it in larger bottles on Amazon.com. It's delicious in homemade salad dressings.

I am very pleased with this sherry vinegar. It is a little costly but has a wonderful,robust taste and really makes a tasty vinegrette.
