Broke right away
The strap looks good and they have these clever spring pins that have a built-in lever, allowing you to easily attach the band to your watch without tools. Unfortunately, one of the pins had a spring that was so weak that the strap fell off as soon as I moved my wrist. The other side holds solidly so I suspect the other pin was defective. It's possible that the movement of my wrist against the lever moved it enough to allow the band to detach. I have no problem using a small screwdriver to attach a band so I'm returning this.

Not for the price.
Was pleasantly surprised for the price. Black leather matched my black & gold Orient Kamasu well. Time will how it holds up against the elements. Maybe if I oil it it may give it a richer look and feel.
