Q: Can it handle opening the console frequently?Will it be easy to break?

It does not make contact with the console lid. And it is pretty sturdy. I personally do not see how one would break this.

Q: Does the tray just cover the half-sized center console? Then I still can reach out to the bottom?

This tray covers only the front portion of the console storage. It keeps the small needed things handy (glasses, pen, pocket knife) but allows the driver to retrieve things from the deeper part of the console without having to remove the tray.

Q: Is it fit for Lexus RX350 2020?

Probably not, it specifically says for a Toyota Tundra 2014-2019. Which is a truck.

Q: Do you have a model that works with the toyota lock box that is installed on some 2021 tundras from dealership. Top of safe come to top of console?

Sorry, we don't have any products will fit if you have a safe on the top of console. It has to be noted that our center console tray cannot be installed if you have a safe in the console.
