I was looking for a replacement for a 'Calcium + other vitamins' tablet I'd been taking that was no longer sold anywhere. I decided to give these Yoga Naturals multivitamins a try as they had a decent amount of calcium, vitamin D and B6, all of which I was getting in my other tablet. So far I've been quite pleased. I've only been taking them for a few days, but I have felt quite energised. Sometimes multivitamins make me feel nauseated, but with these as long as I take them with a meal I have not had this experience. The only downside for me is that being a 1-year supply, the bottle is quite big.

I felt i had more energy that lasted throughout the day and didn't feel sleepy in the afternoon like i used to! I stopped them for a while and i definitely noticed the difference! back on them again now.i have also purchased some for my mum and she is loving them too :)

Good selection of vitamins and minerals. Found them easy to swallow. Only thing I didn't like was the bottle is very large but only half full.

Bottle very big. Ideal for both vitamins and minerals.I feel good as my appetite is very poor. Just hope they are doing their job.Largest pill ive had (had many) but i dont mind that.

Just started using the multivitamins but so far very pleased, whole year supply for cheap price, they don’t taste unpleasant like some tablets do so I’m confident that they will add some benefits to my new healthier diet

What can you say about a multivitamin, bought for my husband as a supplement, he's pleased with them.

A whole years worth of vitamins. I was drawn to them As I like yoga. But I got them as they are good value and so far they are hopefully doing me good
