Damascus Steel Knife, 8" Full Tang with Wooden Handle - Bully Cutter & Skinning Knife for Outdoor Use

Grandson collects knives and I got this for his birthday. He says it’s really good quality, holds an edge well and the scabbard is better quality than expected. Likes the looks of it and handle is comfortable and gives a solid grip.

Not as sharp as I had hoped but that's a quick fix

Straight out of the box it is a sturdy, straight, and well balanced knife, however there were a few things I noticed and changed. The gut hook wasn't a clean edge, metal shavings hanging off it. The blade wasn't holding a good edge. Did a heat treatment and refined the edge. Also replaced the handle. Both sides were different thickness and not epoxied fully. There were gaps along the edge of the tang. Overall I'm completely satisfied now with the knife.

Not bad for a cheap knife but it was about as sharp as a spoon. You must be good at sharpening if you purchase this knife

A good knife for the money. Reasonably sharp when it showed up. Touched up the edge and it seems to hold an edge well. Overall a nice knife for the money.

Great quality knife. The price is so low for this quality. I'm used to paying over $100 for a good knife.

The knife is built well and looks good, the sheath is also surprisingly well built also. Definitely worth the 30 bucks I paid.
