I received the 32 oz. bottle of IBIZ Tire Shine dressing on 6/17 as had Amazon indicated.  I have been using IBIZ products (Tire Shine, Leather Cleaner, Waterless Wash & Wax) for about 10 years after I first bought them at the Chicago Auto Show.  Obviously, I have been pleased with their performance since I continued using them for so long.  The tire dressing was one of the best I have tried.  However, I am extremely disappointed in the quality of this product I just received.  It is more like milky water with absolutely no preservative or restorative properties to the tires and vinyl to which I applied it.  While not in the instructions, I shook it up to make sure the product was evenly mixed.  It left cascading streaks on the surface and did not deepen the black color or sheen.  Also, the tube of the included sprayer only extended about 80% of the way into the bottle, not all the way to the bottom.  Unfortunately, I had discarded my previous bottle and sprayer before I received this bottle so I couldn't reuse the previous sprayer.I see no reason to use the remainder of  the bottle and consider this to be a total waste of the $41.29 I spent for it and will look for other more effective and reliable car care products to use.
