Good for building wrist strength!
This is a great product once you get the hang of it. I’ve had issues with my wrists so trying to improve strength and mobility for playing musical instruments. It’s easy to grip and manoeuvre!

Good fun for big kids
I bought this product for my son as part of his birthday present. It was good fun and he enjoyed it. We all enjoyed having a go and seeing who could spin it the fastest. The only downside is that it doesn’t have a counting capability so the element of competition cannot be recorded - this can be found on the more expensive version.

Not as smooth motion as the good brands, but still good cheap fun as a toy I guess.
I thought I'd give a cheap brand Gyroball a try , after dropping and slightly ruining my NSD Powerball. After dropping my NSD Powerball I noticed it wasn't running as smoothly as before upon each rotation. After opening it up I discovered the drop , it's caused slight damage on the rail it moves on .This causes a small speed bump on each rotation , which you can both feel and hear while spinning it.I decided to try a cheap brand gyroscope ball , before shelling out for another NSD/RPM Powerball.I thought how different could the cheap brand be right ? A gyroscopes, a gyroscope right ?The difference between the big brand and cheapo version is in fact night and day. This light up wrist ball is very crude in comparison , which I guess makes sense considering it's price point. It seems smaller than my old Powerball too. It's nowhere near as smooth feeling or sounding as my old powerball. It seems to shake around quite roughly and rumble when it's gets going. Also the noise is not pleasant smooth whooshing like the NSD Powerball either. This Gyroball sounds like a buzzing engine instead. Maybe somehow more fun but not more pleasant.Infact even with my old NSD Powerball being damaged and slightly defective , it still somehow spins smoother and less noisy than this thing !The rough shaking of this light up wrist ball somehow seems to irritate some of my injuries on my wrist/elbow/finger/knuckles too. It's probably not damaging them , but it doesn't feel nice.I wonder with this violent shaking , if it would do eventually do anything negative to the joints over long term use even. The NSD/RPM Powerballs are as smooth pleasant refined experience in comparison. This product is a crude loud rough ride instead. I suppose in a way it's more fun like a roller coaster.(It certain shakes about as much as one at higher speeds)This product can still be used to build strength though I suppose. The speeds it reaches are still as good as most brands. The force it exerts is still powerful when it gets going. But I probably wouldn't recommend it for gentle rehabilitation because of the rough shaking in comparison to a better brand like Powerball.Still a fun toy or strength building tool for a cheap price. You probably wouldn't be as annoyed as much if you drop one of these things as you would if you dropped a NSD/RPM Powerball.I on the other hand am saving up for another NSD/RPM Powerball , because I miss the smoother experience. But you might want to give this a try , before deciding to spend alot of money on a PowerBall.Don't be too discouraged by most reviewers on Gyroscope ball products saying they can't get it to work either. You need proper technique to both start up the spinning and maintain it , easy once you know how.It comes with two cords to start up the ball. ( One is a spare)In the end this is one of the cheapest Gyroscope balls on Amazon. Also it's pretty ugly looking compared to other models.I do kind of regret buying it in the end , as I should just put the money towards another Powerball brand Gyro in the lower price bracket instead. Oh well, lesson learnt.

Funtime ET7950 Light Up Wrist Ball
I was going to pay more and get an original Power Ball with auto start. I decided to save a bit of money and get this one instead. The manual start is so easy, I am glad I did not go for the more expensive option. The one received is orange (just in case anyone is interested) it does not bother me what colour it is. It worked flawlessly out of the box. Some of the power balls come with a wrist strap, this did not. I am not bothered but if this is a requirement for you, be aware of no wrist strap included.

This is no Powerball....but
This is no powerball, but that is not to run it down. It does what a Powerball does, but not as smoothly. I would suggest one buys this item first and learn how to use it. It took me months to get my Powerball working. This product is far cheaper than a Powerball, and therefore there is no need to lose tears if one drops it, or gets fed up trying to get it in operating mode. You can get a lot more fun out of it, if there is no fear of smashing it to bits, on the floor. Drawbacks are the lack of smoothly running gyro mechanism, it creats more noise than the Powerball, so may destract others. There is also no rev counter, but for this money, only the meanest could complain. Better for children, whyo may lose interest in it. Lean how to use this, then graduate to the Powerball. I am unable to say how durable it is, as I haven't had it long. The supplier is very fast shipping.

Very good once you get the hang of it
Very nice wrist and forearm work out once you get get hang of it. Nice little added bonus was it lights up while spinning and gets brighter the faster it spins.

Terrible
I ordered two in advance for a birthday present. They both look the same but one clearly doesn't work properly, doesn't light up as the other does and is obviously faulty. As I ordered more than 30 days ago I'm not able to request a replacement. This is a terrible service as the product is faulty otherwise it would work as the other does.
