This stuff was real easy to work with, and I got great results with it.
Great way to seal duct work. It was the first time I tried duct Mastic and I am very pleased with the results.It does exactly what it is designed to do, seal connection so they become airtight and also well bonded together.This stuff was real easy to work with, and I feel easier to use and clean that say silicon. You have enough time to work with it before it begins to harden, so any drips are easily cleaned using damp cloth, washing hands is easy with water should you get some on them ( I do recommend gloves however). And the end result is a great seal with great bonding power of whatever connections you are doing to your duct work.I highly recommend this product and brand. Also I had a very hard time finding this sold locally. The big home repair chains did not carry this easy to use tube for a caulking gun, instead they only sold big tubs of duct mastic which isn't as easy to apply as this sealant tube was, so Thanks Amazon for yet another great product I wouldn't be able to buy locally.:)

Great duct sealant
This stuff surprised me. The ductwork on our furnace had been sealed with something similar, and we had some new sheet metal installed when a new filter housing was added. I used this sealant to seal the seams around the new metal, and once it dried, it really tightened up the housing, making it more solid.

Quality Product For The Do It Yourselfer
Used to seal an add on air duct in my house. Sealant applies easily, smooths out well and finishes off professionally. Money well spent.

Don't Use Anything Else!
If you need to seal ductwork, this is the stuff to use. My house used to have duct tape hanging off the ducts. So, they were not sealed. I bought a couple tubes of this stuff and spent a couple hours applying it. It dried up and created a very nice seal. It's been a couple months now and no cracks! I highly recommend this product!

It was easy to apply by using a standard caulk gun
Did exactly what I wanted. It was easy to apply by using a standard caulk gun. I used a brush in some cases, and I just pumped in to fill some odd spaces in other cases. Very affordable option for DIY'ers compared to buying a big bucket of this stuff.

Perfect for sealing leaking air ducts in the attic
This has the consistency of over cooked oatmeal and sticks to just about anything. Wear latex gloves! I used my caulk gun to apply a generous amount of mastic to the area, then took a gloved hand and smeared it along the leak to get a good seal.
