I got this kit because I was starting out with doing my own gel manicures. My nails are super thin and I needed better tools to prevent damaging my nails.The remover: This works great as long as you do a good job removing the top layer of polish with a file. The included files work amazing for that. As others noted, if you get it on your skin it will sting. You can use the metal tools to scrape it off easily. Make sure to glop a bunch on then wait, but not tool long or it seems to dry out. When it works, it works amazing. I think with practice, it will be the easiest solution for removing gel polish.The latex protectant: I used this once. Combination of the product and the brush, just seem to make a sloppy mess. I need more practice and may use a finer brush for applying it to my nails. I think down the road it will be helpful as I improve my nail artistry.The tools: The two scraper tools are so handy. I use them to remove polish, to clean up edges and then clean off dead skin. If you use them right, you do not need to use a cuticle trimmer. Or at least I prefer using them to a cuticle trimmer. I keep a cotton ball soaked in polish remover handy to wipe them clean between uses.Files: These files are so nice. The fit nicely in my hand. The shape allows you to get full use of the file instead of just a little of the edge. I use them multiple ways and they have greatly improved the quality of my manicures.Overall, this is a great set that you may only need to purchase once for the tools and files. And, worth it to try out the remover and latex.

Good product. It does what it promises

Comes with everything you need. Only missing one star because the files don’t have much grit on them. The 150 grit is also more coarse than 100 grit? The scraping tool is great!

This is the best product ever, it truly cuts down on the gel polish removal process. Also, I love that it came with a lot of extra nail tools.

this stuff is OK. not great. not terrible. just OK> the price was a little lower than others so i tried it but you have to apply it a couple of times to get all of the polish off even if you let it sit on your nail for a while. you still need a 2nd application and it's frustrating because it takes a while to do.

The only product in the bundle that is of any value is the cuticle oil.The rest of the items are useless or messy.
