This is an immeasurable upgrade to any stock monitor stand. Highly recommend you get one. Range of motion is great. Makes a big difference.Helps reduce neck strain, You can get double chin in case your monitor stands lower than your head.Can't go wrong with it on this price range.I got 1 for myself and after seeing using it ordered 2 more for my friends.The joints can be a little stiff. Just use the included tool to adjust them so it swings with less effort.

Very sturdy and much better quality than I'd expected given similar items are much more expensive. So far works well, although I've only had it a couple of months. I would buy again.
