I received this item very quickly. It came with all the items listed that it should have. The instructions are very confusing and hard to understand. I have not been able to even try it yet,because they are so hard to understand. I am waiting for my husband to have time to help me, so that I can see if it actually works. I wish it was easier to follow.

This product is great for verifying barcodes. I print barcodes at my workplace with a indirect thermal label printer (versus a direct thermal label printer which prints directly onto the label stock). Sometimes the labels do not look extra crisp or sharp, so I use this device to test if the labels can be scanned properly. I open up a new blank MS Word document and scan the barcodes and the successfully scanned barcodes will display on the MS Word document instantly. The USB dongle did not require drivers and Windows 10 was able to install all the drivers. I like how the scanner uses a USB-B male cable to recharge, so if I lose the included cable, I can use an extra USB printer cable to recharge the scanner.

The scanner works better than expected for a low price bluetooth scanner, I use it for my dry cleaning business, 6 days/week , my employees like it more than the expensive Motorola Symbol they used before (more reliable bluetooth connection, better battery life). Bought another one for spare (newer version, lower promotion price)

The scanner was easy to use with quick setup and decent battery life. I use it in a school library. Unfortunately, today it has started inserting random numbers or characters as it scans rendering it useless. I have tried resetting it but no luck. It was purchased in October, I guess I got a good 5 months out of it.

Product works as great as advertised. What I truly like about it is how I am able to connect 5 different scanners to one USB. Once I put in storage mode, I can use the scanners as far away as I want. Truly a great product
