Not really a kite, but a Kite Shaped Object
It seems like you are getting a lot of kite for the money, but really you are just getting a lot of fabric. The kite does fly, and does come with wrist straps that some reviews may be overlooking when focussing on the plastic winders. But that's about it for the plus points. There are a few superlative reviews on YouTube, but they are all by people who haven't yet had the pleasure of flying a good quality kite. Watch a few and notice how the cells do not fill well and are of fairly random size. The longitudinal (front to back) curve is horrible - its not a nice smooth aerofoil. It hangs in the air like the proverbial sack of spuds. In flight itis slow and sluggish, and very easy to stall. It requires a strong, steady breeze to stay aloft, while manoeuvres such as loops are often likely to induce an unrecoverable stall.I bought a HQ Symphony Beach iii 2.2m to replace this and the difference is like night and day. It is responsive, stable, well built and is very "fair" in flight. It is double the price though. However, the 1.3m version goes for 30quid at the moment, and the 1.8m for 50. Any of these kites would be a much better proposition - go compare them against this one on YouTube - even to the inexperienced eye via a video the difference is readily observable. (I have have no "skin in the game" with HQ - just a very happy customer).

Not bad at all
Material is good and even in low wind it does fly (minimum 15 k/h). In very high winds exceexing 36-37 k/h my line ripped but it was easy enough to put together again. Lastly the line is quiet short and you will probably tie some more on it. All and all its a kickass kite that pulls like hell in descent wind and it is more than suitable for kids and adults alike.

Great value, Easy to set up, Kids love it
The media could not be loaded. Never used a kite before and this was very easy to setup and get flying within 5/10 minutes out the bag. Handle winders are junk! One was broke in the bag!My advice would be unravel the strings and make sure they are at equal lengths.Reviews are great on this kite, caution with young kids as it can pull/snatch in strong winds.Best £32 I’ver spent in a long time, puts a smile on my face (33yo)

Hours of fun for big kids
Great kite, easy to use. Adult supervision needed as it’s got a strong pull when the winds up!

Good value
Let me start off by saying that many years ago I used to fly similar but far more expensive kites. This is what it is, a cheap but use able foil kite.Pros;Easy to get up and runningGood length of lineReasonable quality (I've not managed to break it yetCons;Handles are atrocious, bent within first use.Can be tricky to get up without assistanceEasy to get up and running

A powerful cheap kite.
I like that it seems to fly well and can pull you about in a moderate breeze. I don't like its instructions. It doesn't say you have to be very careful unpacking it, otherwise you'll end up with a tangled bird's nest of its bridle. Neither does it give advice on repacking. I do like that it's cheap as I'm using it as training kite for kite surfing, which I'm not convinced I can do. (I will have to make a bar for it.) It is definitely a 2 line kite for the benefit of the first reviewer. Also with a moderate breeze you can fly it single handed if you're careful. I've only taken it out on one day so I can't vouch for its longevity.Edit: I made a bar for it out of a tube and used it a lot, but gave up the kite surfing idea anyway. As far as I know it still works to this day, but it's languishing in my garage

Great kite.
This is a great kite, but one of the lines supplied was longer than the other by about 150cm.This made the first couple of flights difficult but easily rectified.Just make sure when you set up the the lines are even and cut accordingly before use.... unlike me!!Other than that it’s perfect and I have had hours of enjoyment at the coast with it.
