Soft on the inside and works really well for shin splints!
My daughter runs track and has had shin splints this season. This has worked really well to help with the shin splints. I will be purchasing another one for the other leg!

Nice, simple functionality. Also like the protective sleeve to store it while in the freezer. No more packs of frozen peas!

Great fit and works well!
Great adjustable fit on lower leg and stays cold just the right amount of time (and may frost up a little on outside after initially putting on). Zip lock bag provided a bit big but does help keep food odors away.

I pulled my calf muscle so ordered this. What a great ice pack. the straps are steady and overall just has great build quality overall. would order their products again.

Flexibility
Very flexible on where you can use this. Works great. Only issue is that the pouch sent to put it into the freezer, is extremely small and you have to maneuver it in there.
