I have never written a review, but these bands are that bad I felt the need.The numbers are just stamped on somehow, so I am sure with wear the numbers will fade away. If you plan on ever reading a number from these bands forget it, the print is so light you would think the printer needs a new cartridge. Bringing me to the last criticism not only is the print badly faded the font is so small it is barely legible.In short, they are going back. I don't care if I have to pay to ship, these are a disaster.

I like them! They are a little big for our 3 day old standard size chicks (Wyandotte) but we will use them when the chicks are older. Love the color, and just as described. My error was not picturing how big 8mm is very well, and so I’ve included a photo of the band with a pencil (something most people can visualize for size comparison). :)

Perfect for my quail! Not sure how well the numbers will hold up yet though.

I've added photos so you can see if this is satisfactory for your own need. I ordered expecting the stamps to resemble their photo but should have considered the reviews I'd read. The print is very light by comparison and a blurred double stamping my 20's series. Noticed also "spurs" on several which I had to trim because it appears they would be very uncomfortable (see #21 and 22 closely). For the price... I'll not complain any further. Quick delivery!

What I would expet

perfect size for a bantam chicken

Numbers EXTREMELY hard to read, not in black as shown in ad, but a faint light gold color on blue band. Would not have purchased this color combination. Used to band adult pigeons.
