Fixed my doors really easily with these
Fixed my doors really easily with these. They were slightly thicker than those on my doors but they are old imperial ones. A quick rub on some sand paper and they fitted perfectly. I imagine these will work perfectly on metric door handles

Cheap repair
Excellent for repairing door handles. Cheap and easy to install.

Cheap and did the job
We have 10 doors with brass effect door handles, (mostly over 10yrs old). Some are opened many time a day, resulting over time with handle return spring failure. Easy to simply replace replacement spring. c-clip pliers and suitable screwdriver needed. Many Youtube videos describe procedure

Little life savers
Such a small and simple thing which saved me from having to find a replacement door handle (20+y/o design which nobody stocks). Take the time to carefully measure the unbroken spring from the other side of the handle and you can't go far wrong. These replacements fit perfectly, look robust and were straight forward to fit. In a throw away world it was quite satisfying to repair the broken handle rather than replace it

DIY handle repairs
The springs are good and were easily fitted with the circlip pliers which I purchased along with them. I repaired 3 handles which had broken springs, but were otherwise ok, within 20 minutes and the new springs made them as good as new again. Repairing them as opposed to replacing them was well worth it cost wise.

Ideal option to new door handles
Before discovering these springs we had expected to replace every handle in the house. The particular handles are no longer available and the latest ones seem to be a lot smaller which would cause further problems. How glad am I that we searched for repair kit and discovered these. To assist, found a video of someone online fitting them.A word of warning, make sure you order the correct size. There is helpful advice within the product detail but it took us three attempts before getting the correct ones. Doors all sorted with springs to spare.
