I never suffered from acne until my adult years so far ive had it on and off for nearly 20 years and it has had a major affect on my life. It's caused me to leave jobs as i was too embarrassed over how i looked to face people (yeh really!), its affected relationships and pushed me into depression. If you havent had to deal with it then you really wouldnt understand the impact it has but if you are here looking at this, searching like i did for the millionth time for a wonder product then my advice is give this a go !We are all different so not everything works for everyone and i also think your skin gets used to something, for example a few years ago i used pro activ and it worked although it took a couple of months. I tried it again recently and it didnt help at all in fact i think it made my skin worse. I have tried everything and spent a fortune and most barely made a difference.Now i cant say if Salcura Antiac was the ONLY thing that helped as the same day i started this i also got antibiotics from my Doctor. What i can say is that my Doctor said that the antibiotics would not work straight away and to stick with them as it could take several months but within 3 days (YEP ONLY 3 DAYS) my skin was starting to look the best it had in years ! I honestly think this was the Antiac Spray working. I had cystic acne the horrible lumps that are under the skin that never seem to disappear, every day i seemed to wake up to another one. As soon as i started using this i loved it as it was so easy to use, my skin felt really fresh afterwards and yes it does make the skin tingle but to me that feels like its working.Anyway i have been using it for 3 weeks now, and my skin is totally clear. I still have the odd scar but even these seem to be fading and i dont think the antibotics would do that. I will actually now go out without being plastered in loads of makeup, i just use a BB cream now and my make up routine takes a few minutes rather than an hour ! Hasnt quite solved my confidence issues, its not a miracle spray but i can at least walk around holding my head up and happily chatting to people.Its not that expensive compared to other products and it lasts for ages, im just ordering some more so i dont run out. Go on Give it a go !!

Using the product daily for a few weeks now. Surprised at the excellent results. Really does work. Still have flare ups but not as noticeable with the help of this product. Older I get skin changes hormones ect this is first product that has given a little confidence back. Ecepecillay as you can't cover up your face 🤣 feels and smell great on your skin.

This product is brilliant in my opinion. I ordered if after desperately looking around for something that would help clear up a large amount of spots across my back. They were red, quite sore and had knocked my confidence and I was starting to wonder if they would ever get better! I read the reviews of this item and decided to give it a go. I spray it on my back once in the morning and once in the evening, then rub it in. It feels very soothing and left my skin feeling soft straight away. After just a few days I noticed the spots becoming less angry-looking and within two weeks they have virtually gone. I continue to use the spray as they may return otherwise!I would recommend this product to anyone who is struggling with acne, as it really does do its job, and also feels clean, natural and soothing.

I have to say< i'm not sold on this product. I have acne prone skin, and am usually on a variety of prescribed medications for it - currently I'm on Tetralysal antibiotics, and alternate between Differin, Isotrex and Duac creams at night. My skin has been really good for a while, but for the last month or so I noticed my skin getting slowly worse again. Somewhat desperately, I ordered Salcura, seeing that it had been voted on Embarassing Bodies as the best acne product. The day it came, I used it before bed, and woke up to multiple active spots - my skin was worse than it had been in over a year! I read reviews saying that this was to be expected, and was just the skin purging. Reluctantly, I carried on using it, but my skin just got worse and worse. After about three weeks of this, I gave up, disgusted. This product definately did not work for me. On the other hand, I've started using Retinol cream and glycolic acid at home peels, and they made an immediate difference, fixing my skin within a day of use!With salcura, the other issues I have with it are that it is a spray! This might sound convenient, but it means there's no way of preventing the product getting onto the skin around your eyes. And it BURNS when I apply it, especially on my cheekbones! I really hate the fact that they didn't think this through - despite it being natural, it is quite harsh, and I don't have sensitive skin at all, so it is unusual for my skin to burn this way from a product! The smell is very strong and made my eyes tear up, and after I've used it the whole bathroom will smell of the spray for hours!All in all, for me, this product was a terrible mistake. I was sucked in by the fact that it was endorsed on Embarassing Bodies, but I wish I hadn't! My skin wasn't that bad to start with - I had a few bumps and maybe 4 very minor spots, but this broke me out really badly for the first time in many months. It made the skin under my eyes and on my cheekbones inflamed and sensitive for about a week, which is so unusual; none of the prescribed and pretty heavy duty creams that I'm on have done so, but this did!Anyway, I would not recommend and would definately not buy again.

Good quality
