My computer was starting to slow down and would not use my internet. So I made the decision to switch to a laptop and found this one. What a great find and awesome value and price! I even added the warranty to ensure any future problems. I LOVE the size of the laptop and the screen is large enough for me (Note: I am almost blind/very low vision) Although the part I had to get used to is the fact that it is a Windows 11. With all new Word or Excel which I use a lot. Glad I purchased this computer!

Having the larger and faster hard drive, this laptop can handle anything that my tasks will require. It was ridiculously simple to set up and connect to my HP printer, which I greatly appreciated. It comes already loaded with Microsoft Office, and no bloatware. Now that my heavy, old clunker HP laptop has died, I am so thrilled with this lightweight, efficient little machine!

This 4-5 year old Laptop literally looks like new. Not a single mark on it and no sign of keyboard wear. Since the Latitude line is marketed to businesses, I have to wonder if maybe this one was kept as a spare in an IT storeroom, and never rolled out to an employee.My main issue is all the Microsoft software that's installed, or that they want you to install. And the questions are confusing. They made every effort to get me to use the Edge web browser. At least the PC didn't come with McAfee!I really miss the old days when Windows OS was the only software installed on a new PC, and then the user decided what else they wanted to install. I did PC support for small offices back then, but most of the latest features and terminology are over my head.There are several other issues I'm working my way through, such as being required to sign on using my Microsoft credentials instead of as a local user, and the PC taking several minutes to connect to my router, when another Notebook PC, a Chromebook, and an iPad in the same room do it immediately after power-on.

The product was defective out of the box. we ordered 2 units based off of reviews to homeschool our kids. They have a 3.5 star rating for touch screen. Neither unit was touch screen. One unit we logged into without issue. The second had a blue equinox log in screen that you could not bypass. Customer service was negative help. They will not refund or exchange the product until they receive the defective unit back and he stated that would take in excess of 30 days. We can not wait 30 days to start school.Terrible product, terrible customer service, terrible company.

Easy set up even for someone that doesn’t have a lot tech knowledge.

I ordered this for school without realizing that it would be delivered after it has started I messaged the company and they were sooo understanding and tried to make the laptop reach me in time. So far the laptop look seamless, and it very fast will definitely give an update.In the future but soo far I love my new laptop. Oh and keep in king it is not touch screen
