Q: Whats the expiry date on this?

The expiration date will differ on different orders. I honestly don't even recall seeing a date on the packages. They last as long as there is liquid in them. The scent is only strong for the first week.

Q: Is this real lavender?

It smells very much like lavender. Not as strong as the plant, but very nice indeed

Q: Is this 2 packs with 6 inserts in each pack which makes a total of 12 plug in refills?

No it only have two in it with too inserts that all

Q: Is this refill compatible with the new Glade Plugins Plus (with smart timer) warmer cartridge?

I don't know haven't seen the new cartridges but I would think so.
