It does not come with any paperwork whatsoever. No instructions, no directions or explanation, no recommendations or suggestions. The wristband is really thin and with continuous use, will not last very long before, because it’s only made of just a strip of Velcro.

It will pump up your forearms and leave you in pain. It does the job

These work okay, but the straps is very awkward to put on. Also the material for the wrist strap feels on the cheaper end, and I see it starts to wear out with constant use.

I saw this item and thought it would be a good way to get some strength in my grip and forearms. It's very easy to wear and after a few reps you certainly will feel it in your forearms. Unfortunately, it only took less than a week of regular use to see it broken. One of the finger strands has ripped to the point that it's hanging on by a thread. This was after using the second resistance setting of 17 pounds again, under regular use of about 15 minutes a day. This thing will not last to see any improvements in your hands or forearms. At this rate it's a waste of money. The rubber just will not hold up under use of exercise, which given that it is a piece of exercise gear is flatly unforgivable.Don't buy it. Just not worth it.

Only had this a couple days, and you can see in picture, the grey one is ripping already! Not too happy there. Hope it holds up until I can get to black bands, but who knows how long those will last. Very disappointing! Would recommend because can feel they work, but won't because of quality issues.

Kinda weak need it to be stronger

Works as it should.. only after a few days I can tell it’s working.. small design flaw though. I found it a bit cumbersome to wrap on the wrist securely. I reversed it. Added this loop thing on the end.. sewed it with some upholstery thread and now it’s easier to secure to the wrist and it’s more comfortable.
