Q: should this be used before shampooing with bissell full size machine shampoo?

You can spray this on a spot to to be treated before you shampoo. Let it sit about five minutes and then shampoo with your bissell. From personal experience, you can use your carpet shampooing chemical, less diluted, (1:1) ratio and get same results.

Q: This saids stain pretreated.Does it take the stain out?? I know the Bissell spot carpet stain spray takes the stain out without scubbing.The only thing is not enough in can!

I only used the pretreament on heavy stains and let sit for a few minutes and than ran the Bissell Carpet cleaner. Sorry I am not sure if this would take the stain out just on its ownWithout the Bissell. I use Folex for spot cleaning and absolutely love this stuff!

Q: Will this work for pet stains?

Yes! Pretty quickly, too. Didn't even bleach/stain/alter my blue carpet. :)
