perfect size, good material, not overly bulky
perfect size, exactly what I needed. its cast iron and not bulky. even when you use the burner (w/ reducer) for a larger pot, it doesn't hinder the cooking at all, so I can just keep it on my stove all the time.

Perfect for smaller pots
I bought this for my medium burner on my gas stove top. Fits greats and gets the job done. I use a moka pot to make coffee which had a very small base. The ring is perfect for the base to sit secure .

Perfect for Turkish Coffee or Small pots
The media could not be loaded. This is exactly what we were looking for to make Turkish Coffee on our Kitchen Gas Stove Top. We have two 4 inch gaps (see video and pics) over our burners in the shape of an "X" with just one rail through the middle of the burner and we needed something to fill in to stabilize small items (less than 4 inches) on the stove top. This was perfect. We liked it so much that we ordered a second one. It is made of black cast iron and blends in perfectly with the stovetop rack. The bottom of the ring has 12 lugs cast into it spaced every 30 degrees along the circumference to allow for a fit that prevents the ring from inadvertently moving around. This is not mentioned in the description and should be because it is a very nice feature to enhance the stability of the ring on the existing rack over the burner. I am not sure how it would be useful for a Wok as described in the product title. The center hole is only 1 inch in diameter, so if you are looking for the Wok to sit down a little in this hole, that probably won't happen. This is a very nice product and well worth the price!

Great for camp stove
Used on Camp Chef stove as it provides a more stable surface for both small/large percolators. It fits slightly off center to burner the way tabs fit between grate is my only issue, although minor issue, reason I didn't give 5*.

stopped moka poy from burning and spitting
This works perfect to stop my alessi moka pot from burning my coffee and making a spitting mess. Highly recommended. Keep the burner on a low setting.
