TracStar handlebar risers for BMW S1000RR / HP4 | TS05099

I used the Helibars clip-ons to convert my 2017 BMW S1000R from its original straight handlebars to clip-ons, so this won't be the typical S1000RR owner review.Post-install: the position is great, the kit comes with everything you need hardware wise: zip-ties for the ones you have to cut and replace, spacers to be able reinstall bar-end weights or mirrors without conflicting with the throttle.My only complaint is that the finish of the handlebars isn't very strong, it is easy to scratch the paint when reinstalling the clutch/brake levers so be careful.Because I've installed them on a bike that's not supposed to have clip-ons, installation required a lot of modifications, but that said, if you own a S1000RR, the handlebars come with clear step-by-step instructions and pictures and should be straightforward.Good to know before getting started: you will need to remove the upper tee to install those, so you will need a 36mm socket in addition to all the torx bits you'd expect working on a BMW motorcycle.
