Runs Short
I measure size 9.5 and usually buy a size 10 to accommodate a high instep. I bought these in size 10. They are very snug. I cannot wear socks with them; I had to remove my socks to put them on. The soles are very padded and it feels wonderful BUT I had to wiggle with determination to get my toes to the end. I wonder if by the time the foam compresses… it will just be flat? Also, my heel is barely in there. These run very short. I would like these to be about an inch longer. I’ll wear these for a minute longer and see if they mold to my feet and fit better… There is no support at all - just memory foam and a nice soft lining.UPDATE: Once the memory foam molded to my feet - these fit. Tightly. But the snugness is a good thing because these slippers stay on my feet when I’m walking and sitting. I don’t have to grip my toes into them to keep them on. I can just walk around and not even think about them and they stay on. They go on and off easily enough. So for slippers they are just fine. But no arch, no support - just comfortable softness.

Feels like a hug for your feet
I spend at least 8 hours a day at the office, and the first thing I do when I get into my office is change into slippers. The old pair that I had got worn out, so I set out to search for a better pair with a good sole (the older pair was a bit slippery, and I almost went flying quite a few times). After searching and searching, I found these. My criteria:- A solid rubber/non-slip sole- A back lip, so my feet don't slide out easily- Soft cushioning to stay comfortable in all day- All black (this is just a preference, because I prefer a neutral color to slip into with any outfit). I only include this because I found that adding this to my search criteria limited the results significantly. How these slippers turned out:- The sole is thick, solid, and a bit heavy. I actually appreciate the weight on the shoe, because they won't flop around like many other slippers do.- The back lip is just thick enough to hug your feet, but not too thick that it feels uncomfortable.- The cushioning. OH THE CUSHIONING. I slipped my feet into these puppies and I felt like they were hugging my feet like they loved me and wanted the best for me. I have slightly wide feet (skinny overall, but wide from side to side), and these slippers wrapped around my feet just right, without making them feel suffocated or stuffy.A couple of other things to keep in mind:- These slippers are THICK. If your feet get hot easily, these might not be the ones for you.- As many of the other reviews state, these do run a bit small. I wear 8.5 in just about every shoe, but these (I bought the L size) feel like they're just about 2 millimeters too short. I do think that they might fit perfectly over time, though, because the cushioning will form to my feet a bit, and it'll be less puffy than it is, now. Still, given the fact that the large size is for sizes 8.5-9, I'd say that they still do run a little small. I say order one full size up, just to be safe.Overall, even with the size issue (the reason for the one missing star), I do love how they feel and they're exactly what I was looking for!** EDIT, MONTHS LATER:I am now updating this review, and adding the 5th star. As I had suspected, wearing them around for a bit has molded the cushioning to my feet wonderfully, and the "slightly small" feeling is gone, as the lip on the back of the slipper now cups my heel perfectly. I've worn these shoes almost every day, Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm, for several months now and I am SO glad that I found them.If my review has helped you in any way, please let me know, or hit "Yes" under this review. Thank you! :)

Sizing is not as small as reviews suggest
Many reviews suggested these run small and you should go up in size when ordering. I wear an 8/8.5 or 39 size. Initially I ordered the large, 8.5-9 size. They were definitely very snug when I tried them on. So I sent them back and ordered the next size up. BIG mistake. I failed to consider how much these slippers stretch, and they stretch a lot. I would have been fine with the original large. Keep the stretch factor in mind when you order and try them the first time. They are comfortable, warm and cushy. The arch support is minimal but decent. I wear orthotics in all my shoes so I am used to more support. I can wear these in the morning or in the evening when I want to kick my shoes off and put my feet up. But for me personally, if I am going to be on my feet most of the day these slippers are not supportive enough. If you have normal feet, which I do not, thet will probably work for you.

Warm, comfy and convenient
As do many of my friends and neighbors, I kick off my shoes when inside the house. At least one neighbor has asked me to take off my shoes at the back door. I hop over to the neighbors for deliveries and pickups in my slippers. I take recycles to the garage in my slippers. I step out (not too far) into the snow to get mail...in my slippers. They stretch, but what Amazon/Isotoner describes as a "hood back" (or something close) keeps me from falling out of them. Scuffs, or mules, are unstable after they stretch. The customer-information details advise to order the next size up from what we normally wear. Having worn Isotoners before, I ordered my regular shoe size and my heel was on top of the back ridge. The advice was good! However, because I'm thinking about buying another pair for upstairs, I might experiment with again getting my regular shoe size to see if they stretch to fit. 🤩

Tight fit at first. They need to be broken in. Must size up alot.
I got these slippers because my previous slippers were too flat and worn down and I was lacking support to walk on my hardwood floors. These shoes have great support and are soft on the inside. However, when I first got these shoes they were very tight on my foot and I almost returned them thinking they were too small. But I had also gotten a pair for my mom who is one size larger and tried those on as well and they also felt really tight and small. I decided to give my shoes a few days and now it feels like my foot fits well in them. I do highly recommend getting one size up, because the heel of my foot is smushing the rim of the shoe instead of fitting inside the shoe completely (I am normally an 8 so i got the 8.5/9 size thinking I was already sizing up but I actually needed the 9.5/10 size). Also, I am kinda disappointed after washing the shoe one time a bunch of threads came loose on the shoe. It said it was machine washable but they kinda fell apart after one wash.

A la usuaria le convencieron. La suela antiderrapante que es el punto más importante para la decisión de compra cumple. Tiene buen agarre. Cómodas y calientitas.

Very little if any Arch support.
I was after a slipper with Arch support very disappointed. Not as much cushioning as you would expect.
