If you read through the other comments, a lot of people ask about the "green dust". That's the parsley flakes. In my experience, parsley is used only as a garnish. A little sprig on the plate, next to your entree. I have never seen it as an ingredient. With this mix, you are going to find out what it tastes like, and it can be very overpowering. Part of the problem is that the powder will not stay evenly distributed with the vegetable flakes, in the bottle. Shake the flakes out into your bowl, and you might have only traces of parsley, or it might be half of what comes out of the bottle.The onion is also a bit overpowering. About double what would be ideal.Aside from the parsley and the overpowering onion, it's a pretty good tasting vegetable mix. But my next order will be a different product, from a different brand, that does not have any parsley.

This adds more than just bits of vegetable. It really adds vegetable flavor to the broth. I find that it takes more than 3 minutes to fully hydrate them, so I add them while the water is being brought to a boil.

I use it on cottage cheese and love it.

I bought this to add to my ramen and it is good. A little goes a long way so this container will last a while. Easy to use, cooks up nice with the noodles.
