I've been using the robot for weeks now and it has free up time and has given me a cleaner house. We have foam mats that the kids play on and the robot is able to glide over there without much problems. It can get a bit ambitious and try to unsuccessfully climb our child slide, but will successfully make it over doorway bumps, wires and such. We run the "mop" on hardwood floors, tiles, and the carpet, it's even able to clean up minor spill such as ice cream on carpet. The battery life is great, we generally are able to clean the living room, kitchen, and play room in one charge.

I purchased this robotic vacuum cleaner, and I have been thoroughly impressed with its performance. The vacuum is incredibly easy to use and navigate, and it effortlessly cleans my floors with minimal effort on my part. I love that I can set it to clean on a schedule, and it automatically returns to its charging dock when it needs to recharge. The vacuum has excellent suction power and is especially great at picking up pet hair and other debris. Additionally, the vacuum's slim design allows it to navigate under furniture and hard-to-reach areas with ease. The manufacturer of this vacuum does not honor their one year warranty. They gave me the run around asking me to contact Amazon, which there was nothing Amazon could do because it was past the 30 days, when the vacuum suddenly stopped working and wouldn't come back on after hours almost days of charging. They knew this and still haven't responded to my email for a new one! It's a waste of your hard earned money, they know the product won't last a year, in which they hope you won't be able to contact them for a replacement or money back. Be wise, do yourself a favor and let this dishonest manufacturer die away.

I got mine on august 14th and with 2 husky mixes it has done me a huge favor picking up dog hair. Like I empty it 3x a day. As for the mopping though… the black piece that the mop pad goes, the black things that snap it in have broken off so mine can no longer mop. I’d love to replace it but can’t find the replacement part.

I am a busy woman, attending school and have a full time job and have the least time do be sweeping or mopping but when I came across this Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo, I just had to buy it and see for myself how good it is. It is the BEST item I have purchased in 2023 and it is worth every penny! I would keep buying it and will refer it to anyone and everyone, yes, that is how GREAT it is! Thank GOD for the inventor and for making us, busy people's lives, a lot easier!!!

It has these brushes id say that spin up the debris but the first time out they are all crumpled up and ruined not sure why.also im not sure how to program it but it just works out the box.i tried to find youtubes to teach me but no success...it pretty handy as is gets mostly dust and pet hair.you wil stil need to use a mop and broom nd vaccum but not as often.you need to empty after every use it fills up quick.

I've always wanted a robo vacuum and I couldn't resist buying this one when it went on sale. Such a little thing to do so much cleaning! The suction is good, cleaning it is easy, and it entertains my cats and son. My daughter named "her" Veronica. The only downside is that I cannot seem to figure out how to work certain things like pathways, mopping vs vacuuming, the remote, etc., but I'm not going to count off for that because it most certainly could be a user issue. For the value, this is totally worth it!

After some month of good relationship between us (me at the couch, “she” the hard job) “she” decided stop mop. Kinda “I’ll not do it anymore”… time to move on.
