Q: I know it says made only for bluetooth headphones. But can you still snake a pair of regular headphones through the top?

Hi! I don’t believe there is a hole for the cord. However I can’t imagine it would be that difficult to reroute a cord or create a small hole.

Q: is the strap stretchy and elastic or does it not stretch at all?

Our straps are not elastic so that they can keep their shape for years to come. Instead, we offer multiple strap lengths to accommodate a variety of arm sizes. The medium strap fits biceps 10-15 inches around and the large fits biceps 13 -18 inches around. Should you need a larger size, we also offer strap extenders (sold separately) that add an additional 6 inches of length to any Armpocket armband.

Q: Can this be use as a wrist band too?

Hi there! All of our Armpocket armbands can be worn multiple ways (bicep, forearm, hand, bike, etc)! This particular product is a Medium strap, which fits arms 10-15" around. If your forearm falls within this threshold, it would be a good fit!
