Hopefully the return process, and ease of contacting the seller can be streamlined for the future!Bought this glass for my daughters birthday, it arrived on time and was so cute! It broke with the first use. She put ice cubes in and the bottom broke out. Temperature difference were not an issue, and glasses should be able to handle a few ice cubes. Was going to just replace with the same item thinking maybe it was just a defective glass. It was within a 30 day return window however I was told the item was not eligible for a return or replacement, and found no way to contact the seller to let them know. So we are left disappointed and with a broken glass.

I purchased 3 customized cups and they came out exactly as the pictures, one thing I noticed is that it looks like there might be a couple of scratches but tbh I'm not sure if it needs to be washed (they're going to be gifted so I only took it out of its packaging to make sure name and flower was correct) or if it is scratched will give an update but so far 4/5 and delivery came so soon considering the holidays and packing was great; made sure it came protected and to let people know it is fragile merchandise as well.

It's adorable and made me pretty happy! I use it for water daily and occasionally an iced coffee. I hand wash it at work daily and after a month I noticed the wooden cap smelled PUTRID like rotting fruit. I would usually rinse it with dawn. Guess attention needs to be given to every inch of the cap to prevent it stinking. Had to soak it in bleach & water overnight.Update: after a few months of use, the wooden cap now has to be bleached nearly every 2 uses. I have no idea what's causing the stink! Really a gross smell. I just use it for water at this point.
