Good for Laser cutting purposes
It has just the right degree of adhesion for laser cutting applications. It will stay on the wood during the cutting and blowing air. But, if the surface of the wood is not smooth and clean, it won't work anyway.

The BEST Transfer Tape!
If you’re using Oracal 631 or 651 vinyl, this is the best transfer tape to use. I’d go further to say it’s the best to use for any vinyl. Has a good stickiness but still peels easily when applying vinyl. Highly recommend!

Doesn't stick
The tape will only stick to the vinyl bit won't stay on the whole sheet. It just curls up on the edges. I would recommend this only if you are transferring your vinyl immediately.
