I like the mat that it comes with. It's the perfect size. The stretchy strings are of good quality. I like the convenient carry bags so I can takr it to the gym easily.

I have no idea how to use. Is there some kind of instruction booklet? If not i will return. Dont want to rate till i can figure out what to do with it. Do you have anything to help me with this. Let me know. I woyld like to change my rating
