Chiroflex Turmeric Curcumin Capsules, 600mg Joint Support Supplement with 95% Standardized Curcuminoids Protein Enhanced, Fast Absorbing Turmeric Capsules (60 Caps)

I ordered this Chiroflex Turmeric Curcumin because I have been taking this supplement for several years as advised by my doctor. She told me to start taking at least 500 mg twice per day to help alleviate the pain and inflammation caused by arthritis. My first issue was with my hip and it really did work pretty well.When I had my hip replaced with an artificial one, I kept on taking the turmeric to help with the arthritis in my neck and shoulder. I feel that this supplement is an important part of my regimen.I am pleased that these capsules are protein enhanced and made in the USA. The color is fresh and vibrant looking. A serving of 2 capsules is 1200 mg. In order to stick to what my doctor told me I have been taking one in the afternoon and one in the evening. They are easy to swallow. They are a bit pricier than was I usually pay.All in all, I am happy with these supplements.

I’ve included turmeric in my daily nutrition regime for over a decade. Started out adding a quarter teaspoon to drinks and food. More recently I’ve begun to get my daily dose in capsule or gummy form. Capsules seem to be the better method for me. This one is unusual in that it doesn’t contain black pepper which supports easier absorption. Instead, it includes some amount of a whey complex. The bottle and product information show protein, curcumin and whey values but isn’t very clear to me as to how much. In my mind it doesn’t really matter that much. It looks to have more than a minimum dosage so I’ll feel comfortable adding it to my routine. Taking it every day will keep the nutrients in my system and provide the best possible chance to get the benefits it offers.

It's hard to review a supplement with any certainty as it usually takes weeks or months for benefits to become apparent with most supplements and by that time, most people have forgotten all about writing the review at all. So I'll do the best I can with the limited knowledge I have right now about this product.Have been using it for a few days and it seems to be going well. Since I am a long time turmeric / curcumin user, I don't expect to see much of a change in using this product. Not sure exactly how much curcumin is actually in each capsules as the label shows the curcumin as part of a "complex" of ingredients. I also don't see any black pepper as an ingredient. Black pepper is usually added to turmeric / curcumin products to help with bioavailability.The price point seems about right for a quality product and you should expect to pay about this much for a curcumin supplement.

I have used different tumeric fo0rmulas before and not that familiar with Devil's claw but, this has made a slight difference in the way I feel in the morning. Much less join pain regardless of sleep. So far I am impressed with this formula and company.

I got these for my wife as a supplement to help with her pain. While it doesn't take away all she is feeling, it does lighten the pain and take the edge off. This seems to be a good quality capsule and she takes them daily.

I’ve been taking Turmeric Curcumin supplements for awhile now. I seriously can tell if I skip a dose. It definitely helps to control inflammation, and it’s like the oil on my joints. This seems like a really good supplement, the dosage is 2 per day at 600 mg per capsule, to get the 1,200 mg. There’s 60 capsules, so this is a month’s worth. At the present price point of $20, that’s about average for a good turmeric supplement. It looks like they were manufactured in 2021, and expire 2024.
