I routinely use this yeastOr Montrachet but this year4 or 5 barrels did not ferment!!’I went back and all the dates were correct good till 2024! No luck second roundThen got different yeast added nutrients which I never did before and so sugar on top of the newYeast luckily it worked

I use this yeast for brewing Hard Kombucha and it's perfect. It has a very mild flavor and adds an incredible amount of carbon dioxide. Just thought I'd add a review since I struggled to find the right yeast for kombucha.
