It's made of beautiful smooth stone, making it very decorative, but it's not doing a great job of actually catching the incense ash.That's fine for me because I wanted an incense holder which fit my house decor, but if you don't want to sweep up ash after use then look elsewhere.

A great looking object, but fails to do what its main design feature is - to catch the ash.Such a shame...

What can I say, the guys at Zen Minded are just amazing, I received my order the second day, the order had a little problem, I got in touch with Zen Minded, who sent me a replacement straight away. the order and its replacement arrived at my door step in less time it takes other sellers to actually get on with dispatching their initial orders.As to the incense stick holder, be aware that it is made of polished porous stone, when handled marks are left on the stone where your fingers have touched it, do not attempt to clean the marks, the more you rub it the more marks it will gather, just let the stone stand for a minute or two, and the finger marks will disappear.

This is the best Incense stick holder I've seen. High quality natural stone, looks expensive and feels premium, expensive but I guess you pay for what you get. Highly recommend anyone into this sort of thing, to buy one.

Does what it says on the tin (so to speak) very nice, lost in post item replaced in double quick time, simple plain slate, worth the money.

Nothing to complain about :). Product is as described and arrived efficiently and well packed. Simple item and pleased with it.
