The product works as described and the lights are certainly very bright. No complaints on functionality. However, build quality and some aspects of component design suggest that product isn't going to last long. The plastic mouldings show defects which in themselves are not a problem but are often a sign of use of poor plastics that tend to be brittle and break. Hinge design on the battery cover looks weak. as do the elastic head strap mounting points. The plug-in charger failed within seconds the first time I tested it. Admittedly I plugged it into a high drain phone rather than the head light but only the poorest of chargers would instantly burn out rather than run at lower output or cut out on thermal overload and later reset. And taking the charger apart, the board is a messy, hand-soldered job. I would imagine the componentry in the light itself is similarly poor.

Would rate 3 star but added a star for the sensor design. It is functional. Build quality is low. No rubber seal on lens or battery pack to protect from moisture. Durability is questionable. Came with charger with USB plug. Should be able to use phone chargers. I am excited about the motion sensor to control on and off. This can avoid the annoying flash mode between on and off. And maybe easier to operate than button when wearing gloves. Reliability of the sensor detection is not 100% for sure, hopefully it is usable. One more thing I like is the twist zooming. It is easier to use, however the zoom is slow and feels rough. Bottom line: Reasonable with $20.

its not as bright and batterie do not last very long plus had to use my own phone charger to charge it the one that come with it is cheap quality, so I sent it back.
