These screw covers are actually just hexagonal washers with the "punisher skull" as a sticker on it. that having been said they are nice, they come with all screws and nuts needed to mount the covers. all in a nice little box with everything arranged inside nicely.

Simple and Awesome
These are awesome! The package comes with 4 metal caps, a bunch of screws for different options, and a plastic sticker to go over the cap. Installation was super easy, removed my 2 current screws over my license plate, identified the right size/shape screw I needed from the provided screw box, insert the screw inside the metal cap, mounted the place, and covered it with the skull sticker. I have a Corvette, so the skull is the "Jack Skull" Signature design, so it was perfect for me. It is the small details that make a big difference, I absolutely love these.

Missing parts
I ordered two sets of these items, one was complete the other was missing one of the stick on skulls.Obviously I couldn’t complete my project.
