Poor operation
After installing this device to our new gates we became aware after about 3 months that the gates were opening without an action by us to do so. Over the coming months it continued to happen on a regular but infrequent basis. The gate installer was mystified and because there was no pattern it was difficult to discover the fault. Finally after disconnecting the intercom the problem was solved. I now have to open and close the gates using my fob and the intercom is of little use beyond being a fancy doorbell on the gates.
