SO comfortable! I LOVE my tub! This is my second freestanding soaker and is the most comfortable with the water depth and back angle. I did not use their drain attachment because it seemed very flimsy but I love the tub itself! I would definitely buy this again! If I ever did this again I would also buy the special freestanding soaker floor drain flange (sold by another company) to make install easier. I just used a 2” threaded pipe coming up from the floor and a connector between the tub and the floor pipe.

Our soaking tub arrived exactly as promised. It was packaged very well unlike what some reviews have stated. It looks great and will be a wonderful addition to our remodeled bathroom. The instructions say to test out the pop up drain and overflow before installing which we did. No problems. I don’t like the flex pipe that comes with the tub since it won’t seal tight around a 2 inch drain line. I’ll have to make something but shouldn’t be a problem.

Beautiful bathtub at a great price. I installed this as part of a DIY major bathroom renovation. Great quality and easy shipping. Was in perfect condition when it arrived and packaged well. Pretty easy to install. Made of fiberglass\acrylic. Very sturdy once installed, plenty deep and wide.

As this tub was being installed, the plumbing parts broke apart, not just cracking but literally broke in pieces. The overflow drain connection collar at the main drain junction broke into pieces. and then the main drain connection threads broke clean off. Again, these were not cracks as a result of poor handling, this plumbing completely broke apart which is an indicator of a quality of materials issue. I am fortunate this happened during install to avoid water damage later, but now I am left with an expensive tub that I don't have replacement custom fittings for. What a waste of money this tub is. I most likely won't get reimbursed by Amazon, as my project took longer than expected and delayed install, and my return window closed approximately a month ago. The quality of the tub is ok, it arrived with a few scratches at the base and on the back side(hidden by a wall) of the tub that I didn't notice until I was about to install it. I was willing to overlook, but that coupled with a disabled tub, I am VERY unsatisfied with my purchase and most likely won't be satisfied with how Amazon handles this, though I am open to them making it right.

Beautiful tub but drains sooooooooo slow!!! It’s a pain to clean cause of the way it’s designed.

The bathtub is beautiful! I did have an issue with the drain hose that came with the product. It was defective. However, customer service was impeccable. They sent another one out ASAP. Great product by great people.
