Gets the job done
Picture of my son with 100 pounds total doing a “hip thrust” hehe. I think I could add even more weight if I wanted, it’s super easy to load, feels very secure and makes working out at home much easier.

Just what I was looking for!
This thrust belt has been a great addition to my home gym. It's sturdy, well made, and pink...way more fun than just black. I am currently using 20 lb weights without any discomfort and weights are staying perfectly in place. The belt is padding my pelvic area and the weights do not dig into my sides. I'm thrilled with this purchase.

I absolutely love this! This has definitely been super useful to use especially when I don't feel like using the smith machine to do hip thrusts! I was actually scared about the Velcro straps not being able to hold the weight, but wow it holds very well!! Highly recommend

Definitely buy this
This is great! I put 50 pound dumbbells on each side and I honestly feel like it could take more

Painful but works
I got this to use with my bow flex adjustable dumbbells. When the dumbbells are secured in and you hip thrust, they come underneath you squeezing your thighs and hips which is painful and caused bruising. I ended up using pillows on the side parts of my hips to make it bearable.
