Excellent product, good value and prompt delivery - but knowing where to customize order was a little tricky.I had several attempts before I found out how to customize the labels and so to help others this is what I did:Place the order.When this is done go to the 'Your Orders' page > select the product > Click 'Problem with Order' > Click 'Other Issue' > Click 'Contact Seller' and then Click 'Product Customization'.On the email that shows up type:Whether you want text Centred or Left.The Typeface you want from the eight choices.Then Type the text you want exactly as you want it to appear.Check it (twice!)Click 'Send' when you are happy all is OK.Best of Luck.

It was quite a kerfuffle working out how to give my details for these labels. I would have liked the labels on a roll, not on A4 sheets, but apart from those quibbles they are well printed, have good adhesion, and are great value.

My only criticism is that I had to fight to get the text to the printer.I began to panic that they would print off 250 blank sticky labels. I got a message through saying what I wanted, but I didn't know I had been successful until the labels arrived the very next day.If possible can you bring forward the description of contents to an earlier place in the transaction so that the buyer can proceed with confidence to the check out?

Free P & P I ordered these labels and they arrived just like I had ordered them with an error in the postcode, as I had written it. Do you blame me? After all I had only just moved. So now I have 500 brand new labels with one incorrect letter in the postcode.The moral of the story: more haste less speed!

The labels are great. However the original email sent via Amazon to seller with my details including post code was not adhered to and resulted in an email from the seller asking for details which in hurrying to send I omitted the post code. The stars given are for product.l

Product fine & speedy delivery. Two small issues:Unable to get into facility to use templatesDetails the ordered via e-mail with a request to preview before proceeding. Item just dispatched. I had requested that "From" be left adjusted with name centered. This not carried out correctly. Quality seems fine.
