Had it all set up, went to attach the net to the hooks, elastic band tears from the manufacturer using a single stitch to secure it. Wasted time, money, and the hooks will tear your walls up. Maybe they should manufacture tape because that’s the only thing that worked. EDIT*** after a few days I determined that dollar store toilet paper didn’t deserve to be disrespected. This product is worse than sticking your hand down a clogged toilet.

No issues whatever. I don't open and close it often. Perfect for what I needed.

This product was not for us. This product did not end up working out well for us. Customer service was great with working with us. They also gave us a full refund.

I like the idea of this product, and bought it to provide a designated play area for my puppy. Installation was easy, but within the first 3 hours after putting it up, the elastic loop that connects to the hook snapped. The mesh also ripped. I really wish this product had worked because it’s a great concept, but I’m so sad mine broke before we got to really try it!

Well worth the money

The bottom doesn’t touch the floor -I have a 3 lb dog and she put it down with no effort. This is too bad as I do like the looks, but it won’t serve the purpose.

My sole purpose for purchasing this was to keep my yorkie puppy from getting to the front door and escaping outside. Now it dogs not work, it was too flimsy. She got out the front door and nearly went into the street.
