First of all, I was impressed with the quality of all the pieces with this board game. The "board" was a lovely quality neoprene mat that can be rolled away without damage to store in the box. The cardboard tokens and game cards were great quality too. Loved the little wooden dragon game pieces, nice touch.Secondly, the art! Wow the art for this game is incredible! Not going to lie this is what drew me to purchasing it in the first place. Stunning artwork did not disappoint.Thirdly, the game itself was very well thought out and made for fun game play. The instruction book was fantastic and easy to follow, loved the examples of someone playing along to show how it works.Overall I can't fault it. Well worth the money and praise it receives. Will definitely be playing this game quite often.

Bought this as a gift for a board game fan after researching the top games from the past two years. The box, little dragons, board and artwork are all absolutely beautiful. All the rules seemed a little daunting at first but you soon get into it. It says 5 players but there were 6 dragons included- we played it as a group of 6 and it was workable. The downtime between goes was not an issue because you were so interested in what the other players were doing. A lovely game I see us returning to again and again. It also made an excellent gift!

I love this game. The solo mode is amazing and just as good as multiplayer which is rare for board games. The game is very well made, the pieces are all very solid (wooden pieces and thick waterproof cards), and I love that the board (while slightly large) is very thick material with anti-slip backing, so it rolls up into the box. I've not had a board like this before and it's ingenious and the colours and artwork are so vivid and stunning on it!I've replayed this game many, many times as even the solo mode has extra 'levels' (more stores and dragons) to unlock when you reach certain achievements. I'm still noticing new details in the gorgeous, detailed artwork too.I've had to buy separate organisers for the goods tokens because there's so many and they're small, but that's just the only minor downside to an otherwise perfect game!Solo mode takes me about an hour which I think is perfect- not too long, but long enough that you get lost in the game

Very fun. A little bit hard to get used to at first but when you get the hang of it its extremely good to play. Not a huge of strategy needed to win but honestly for a casual board game im happy.

This board game is just beautiful, the illustrations are stunning and they alone make you want to play more/see more. The game is fun but takes some time to understand, I recommend reading the rules as you play rather than trying to read all before playing. The game is fun but can take a long time depending on how many people are playing. But honestly such a good game and I like the fact it can be a one player game.By far the best quality board game I've played in a long time.

Great fun. Really enjoyed this game from the start - good strategy, beautiful artwork, good quality pieces (although I have upgraded some parts to deluxe bought from manufacturers website).

Fantastic fun game for all the family. The game my child is obsessed with amd asks to play over his console games. Once learnt easy to play. Each game is different due to several mechanics so does not loose it appeal to adults either. Teaches strategy to win to younger children with the end game. A little complex at first but very simple after a couple of games.This game is so cute and I play with my 13 yr old daughter and spend most of the time just going ‘ahhhhhhhhh soooooo cuuuute’ all the time.Good introduction to more complex board games and how resources, turns, mechanics work etc
