This is a true miracle for me. Everything I have tried, including very strong perscription steroid creams and many many other treatments, burned me and made me itch terrible, plus made it worse. This product is wonderful and feels good when you've applied it. I have very severe hand dermatitis which is extremely painful. This product is excellent. My husband has had a itchy rash for 2 months. He used a prescribed steroid cream for longer than he was supposed to (he didn’t know). When he stopped per Doctor’s order, his rash became much worse, because of what’s called the “rebound effect”. He tried benadryl and other anti-itch creams, with temporary, short-lived relief of itch. In desperation, I googled “rebound effect” treatment, and found Dr. Wang’s Rescue Balm. I hoped Amazon carried it, and then ordered it immediately. I rubbed it into my husband’s back and arms on worst areas. He had immediate relief that lasted all night. So grateful and highly recommend this product.

My 7 yr old suffers from eczema and has since she was 1 and this product thus far has been the best we have used. Over the years of trying so many creams,ointments and lotions and spending a ridiculous amount of money I can say she is feeling relief. We haven't had it for very long but I can already see as she calls it her "alligator" skin is already showing signs of looking and feeling much better. She has a spot on the arm that is the worst for her, she's constantly scratching leaving a tender raised spot after the initial time we used the ointment she had the biggest smile on her face and said what a relief. At that point I knew we were on the right track. I have had good feelings about other treatments in the past and turned out after some use they no longer helped but we are holding out hope this is the answer. It doesn't hurt that the ointment is purple and it has does have a herbal smell but its not in your face strong. I know the price and size might seem like a lot but for me if it helps my daughter get the relief she needs no price is too big! I would recommend this product to anyone suffering from eczema!!

I wish I could give this zero stars. Not only did it not improve my son's dry skin it made it considerable worse. It is HIGHLY pigmented ( right purple) and while the majority of the coloring dissipated overnight,it clung to all the dry flaky bits of his skin. He had a purple face for days. The dryness is only just now going away a full week after we discontinued use. But wait, theres more..... it is NOT eligible for returns!!!!Buyer beware

We were so hoping it would help my husband's eczema but he had a reaction to the ointment and it made his problem worse. We do not recommend it.

I have suffered for almost three years with a strange dermatitis on my face. After hundreds of dollars on doctors and prescriptions that did not work, this stuff did the trick! While I was not diagnosed with eczema, I thought what I had looked quite similar so I figured it was worth trying. Even the most potent steroid ointments didn't completely help. I still don't know what is causing my problem (on my face, mostly around my eyes), but I LOVE this stuff! Thank you for this magic in a jar. And purple is my favorite color!

I really wanted to like it, but after using for a few weeks, the affected area is still very dry and itchy and don't see how it's helping much.

Didn't do what it said. I though it would help with the itching but it didn't really help.

Product has helped better than anything so far for my 3 year old grandsons eczema.

It did not work for the skin issue I have but I am presently using it for something else.

This balm in addition to ZP cleansing bar has cured my dermatitis! Have not had to use steroid cream for almost 4 weeks and am hoping I never have to use it again...miraculous!

I bought this for my daughter about a month ago who has some skin condition on her face and chest. Everything she had used previiously was not helping much. Dr. Wang's Balm is helping her alot. The redness, peeling skin is greatly reduced thus far.
