I am a certified reflexologist! I have practiced reflexology when i did my course and later for sometimes.! I believe in this therapy and it will t work in combination with diet exercise etc. These tools are very useful for using as a reflexology tools and in my opinion ' a must have' tools. These are sturdy and very well made! The seller send a small handy reflexology chart, which is also very helpful to refer to! I love my purchase and i can recommend to everyone who wants to minimize the use of meditation and want to help treating something without side effects!Edit on the review:: just show a big crack on one of the item! I didn't realized untill i took a closer look at it. One of the item is arrived damged! To me it looks like the seller has send one of the other reviewer's returned item!!! I can see from the pictures of other reviewer.!! Why are they doing this? They shouldn't have send me the damged item!! I have requested the replacement! Hope to receive a undamged irmtem this time! (Otherwise it is a good tool! Ican stand by my original review if they send me a good one!)
