Superb trousers do run large
I read the reviews and every one said they were to big which I was hoping was true my son is 9 and has a we bit of a belly I have tried everywhere to get trousers that have a full elastic waste band but after the age of five they just seem to stop he also had Asperger's syndrome and finds is difficult to manage with buttons ext I ordered the size 7-8 and when they came I was over the moon they fit him perfect he can put them on himself and the quality of material is fantastic I have ordered another 4 pairs of them as I am that happy exellent buy am one happy mum Tracy McDonald

Plenty of give and generous waist size
Thank God I found these! I had been having trouble finding a pair of school trousers to fit my 4 1/2 year old son as hes a little bit chunky! After going back and fourth between well known high street stores I was panicking as they all seemed to go no further then his thighs and these were the easy dressing ranges...I decided to try on Amazon and they arrived two days later and fit him perfectly around the waist. I dont need to worry about him having trouble getting them up and down for the loo as they have plenty of give. I paid half the price these other big stores were charging too...I've had to take the legs up slightly but that's fine by me as he'll most probably have a growth spurt...very very happy and relieved mummy 😊😊

Better than high street makes.
Good but a little big so have ordered smaller size but will keep the others for when they fit . Quality seems good only time will tell . As for value well they are a bit expensive if you consider most retail places do 2 pairs for about £8-£9 but then their sizes are way of and these at least have some give in them . And not every kid has skinny legs my son takes after me he has big upper legs and regular leg trousers that are made so skinny are very uncomfortable so these fit nice in the leg . When will clothes designers bring back comfort fit .Like myself my son and my nephew have muscley thighs and regular size fit in the waist but restict around the thigh . I was ok until the late 90s now you cannot get trousers or jeans to fit with comfort and fashionable shorts .

Don't worry about the waist fitting!
Fabulous seller, got me out of a hole at the last minute before school starts. Bought according to age. Length and waist is perfect. Not enough fabric to cover his rear when sitting down! But that's no fault of the trousers. We all suffer from chunky rears in our family! Will be buying next age up which will hopefully solve the problem. But basically if you're worried about waist fitting alone, fear not!

Great for my 4 year old
I came across these when searching for fully elastic school trousers for my son going into reception. We'd struggled to find him trousers that fit his waist and legs in the usual high street places but these are great. They're comfortable on his waist and not huge on his legs, like some 'plus' type trousers are - he can pull them up and down easily.Although not as cheap as high street/supermarket schoolwear I'm pleased with them and have bought 3 pairs now. They also wash well.

Super quality
It's the second time I have bought these for my son. His 6-7 are now to small so I bought the next size up. My so is autistic and has ADHD so finds zips and buttons difficult. These trousers are great value wear well and being fully elasticated with a generous waist line is brilliant for him. If they did more sizes I would go back again!!!
