Right product, wrong packaging
Advertised product arrrived in that I received 500g of Diatomaceous Earth, but it came in a bucket instead of the bottle as shown in the picture. Still does the job, but a bit more of a pain to work with.

Saved my lemon tree
I was given a potted lemon tree with a heavy pest infestation of mealy bugs and scale insects and was asked to 'save it'. I read an article about organic pest control for lemon trees using diatomaceous earth so I tried this. I dissolved 1 tablespoon in 1 litre of water and added 1 teaspoon of Ecover washing-up liquid (or horticultural soap - not ordinary washing up liquid). Stir it to dissolve then spray the plant making sure every surface is thoroughly wetted including the stem, branches and soil. Spray twice within one week and then repeat for the second week. YES it worked! Cheap, easy and the fruits can be eaten.

Effective at keeping critters at bay
Not only is diatomaceous earth pet-friendly but it's very easy to apply and incredibly effective at keeping insects from taking over my garage.Pro tip: you don't need to apply mounds of the stuff. A light application in any crevices and a sweep around entry points works a treat. Use it in conjunction with a non-toxic ant killer for utmost effectiveness.

Not in bottle
Received in a square tub with no product info on not a bottle. Planned on using the bottle to puff out the earth onto rosebush. Had to use a spoon in the tub instead to scatter earth. Bit dissapointing but received the earth which has got rid of ants which had stopped my young rosebush from growing. Rose looking good and has started growing a bit more now.

Working well, so far.
This product didn't seem to work on ants when diluted and sprayed. But it has worked dramatically when applied as a powder. Very fine powder, be careful not to breathe it in.
