This flash drive does not have any instructions, but fear not! All you have to do is plug it in your phone and it will automatically tell you that you don’t have the right app installed and if you want to install it, when you press yes, it takes you straight to their app, the UI on the app is very easy to use and you can import or export your files with ease.

I have used at least 20 flash drives and this is THE BEST one by far!! I'm not tech-y, not crafty, not comfortable with new devices. THIS IS SUPER EASY! All you do is plug it in and say yes to the free app. Then you insert it in your phone. It stored over 4,000 photos in 15 minutes. I plugged it into my laptop and there they all were -in perfect clear crisp condition. This is all I'll ever use from now on.

I have an iPhone 7 Plus & have been searching for a flash drive that would actually work. I was hesitant about ordering this but I’m very glad I did. The free app was easy to use & navigate through. I downloaded almost 2000 photos & 18 videos. When I disconnected the flash drive from my phone & connected it to a computer all of my photos & videos were actually there. Finally something related to technology that is a time saver, easy to use & actually works.

Used to download pics from phone and then transfer to PC. Did 2800 photos and telegenic transferee in less then 30 min. Very very easy to use and the one app needed is free and fast to download

I definitely would recommend this flash drive. It was really easy to set up and use. When I plugged it in, I got a notification that walked me through the whole setup process with instructions on how to get the application for my iPhone. When I downloaded that, I got access to my photos and files. Now I’m able to manage my data fast and without any inconveniences.

I’m not sure if it was the drive, or the app. But this would not work on my iPhone 11. It would recognize the phone but there was nothing that it would allow me to do via the app other than copy my entire photo albums to the drive. There was no way to select anything. It’s probably an app related thing, but the drive is of no use of the app doesn’t work.

I absolutely love this thing! So easy to use , I bought two more for my parents!

I’m absolutelly satisfied with this flash drive. First of all it’s great to have it while traveling. I can easily take pictures and videos straight away to USB. That’s really helpful when my iPhone’s storage is full. I can download movies to it, so I’m not bored on the plane, train and so on. My friend can copy photos/videos from my iphone to his iphone without wifi, just using this USB and it’s app to transfer. Sometimes I also use it to transfer files such as doc, pdf, ppt, etc for my job. It’s fast, easy, can open and play everything I want.
