I got this is a throw blanket to stay warm in my office that can get pretty cold. The blanket's too big to fit over my lap and legs when sitting with out having to creatively fold it so excess does not touch the ground. After a few seconds I can notice heat building up under the blanket. The heat refection is not super strong but it is noticeable. The blanket fabric absorbs heat well and holds it in so it will not dissipate instantaneous when you take the blanket off for a second. That said, It's not a perfect insulator and a few moments the blanket will be cool again. So, it's for "kind of cold" situations. "Cold" being relative of course. I find it's best to warm myself up first before using the blanket so it can start to work faster. I live in Alaska where I've seen negative 80 degrees F. That said, this is a casual blanket for clean, indoor use or in a pinch outside on a clear morning or evening in Spring or Summer - say camping in your back yard. I would not trust the blanket that much for extreme cold situations but it would be better than nothing. The outer surface is nice and soft and it would be a nice addition to layering a bed or for snuggling up for a nap.

Good little bottle. It fits a whole bottle of wine. It does not leak. Great for concerts that don't allow glass. Not for carbonated stuff. I know someone is going to ask. No. That's how you lose an eye. Just don't. Wine, water, juice, whiskey...no soda guys. Come on. Didn't notice any weird flavor imparted by the stainless steel, but my wine wasn't in there too long. Girls weekend at HSB doesnt let alcohol sit too long. Not super insulating; kept the reds room temp and the whites cool but not cold. Throw it in an ice chest if you want it to stay cold.

Great for picnics! Kept wine well-chilled for as long as we needed it. Hint: put the thermos, top off, in the freezer for an hour or more before you fill it and this will increase its effectiveness. Comes with a clever collapsible funnel that really works well, and a cleaning brush.

This blanket arrived with dirt on the edges, and appeared to be handled carelessly while in the warehouse. Aside from that, the blanket itself was warm and soft, however it is smaller than I had hoped. If using it while sitting, you can drape it from your shoulders and it covers you nicely. If you are using this while laying down, it falls short of my feet at least a foot (I am 5' 5") so it was irritating. At this price point, I think it's adequate, but not the best for the money spent. Quality was what you would expect from Columbia, hope this helps.

It's a tad bit uncomfortable on one side. The underlying insulation "thermal coil" it uses on one side is scratchy and feels like plastic. I can't deny that it works, because it was nice to keep me warm, but I could feel the scratching of the blanket grate on my skin at times, and even still through a layer of clothing. I'd flip it over, but then the "thermal coil" helping to keep heat in doesn't work to my benefit and I'm stuck feeling a bit colder because of it. I eventually stopped using this as a throw and now as a second blanket on top of my first one.

Her medical team does not want her using an electric blanket because of burn risks with her neuropathy issues - this blanket keeps her toasty warm and she loves it! I originally purchased a wine growler back in December 2018 for myself and loved it. I will normally have it on it's side in my fridge and have had no leaking issues with it. It also does keep wine cool for hours after chilling it. :) I have started ordering them for gifts for other wine lovers in my life and recently had an issue where I ordered 2 different colors and they sent me 2 growlers with the same color. I sent an email to reach out about an exchange and they were super fast with their response and very helpful on getting this fixed.

Bought two. Don’t know if I’d have survived the February freeze here in Texas without these. No power, no water, no heat. My dog and I lived under these for several days, sometimes even pulling over my head. Surprisingly warm as long as I didn’t let the cold air in.
