💥The Extension Lead That Will Electrify Your Life (Literally) ⚡️
I bought this Masterplug extension lead, expecting a regular power strip. What I didn’t expect was to have my life transformed in ways I can’t fully explain without a therapist involved. I mean, it’s just a power strip, right? WRONG! It’s like someone took the humble extension cord and injected it with a cocktail of pure confidence and practicality. When it arrived, I felt like I was unboxing an Amazon treasure chest. The packaging was professional enough to make me feel like I was opening a top-secret gadget for MI6, though I suspect the only thing classified was the sheer power of this four-socket plug. The sockets are spaced so you can actually plug in chunky adapters without them fighting for elbow room—take that, every other extension lead I’ve ever met!The first thing I noticed was the length. 4 metres! It’s like the Ikea of extension leads—big, functional, and just enough to make me feel like I’m building something special. After the 10 seconds of joy staring at the socket (because let’s face it, that’s how long it takes for a man to appreciate quality homeware), I got down to using it.So here’s how this little beauty changed my life—and trust me, it changed my life.A Date To Remember (For All The Wrong Reasons)Picture this: I’m having dinner with a beautiful woman. She’s radiant, I'm not bad myself, and I think it’s time to move to the next stage: getting the best lighting for maximum romantic impact. But as soon as I plug in a lamp to set the mood, I realize there’s no more room for her phone charger. No worries—I’ve got my Masterplug with its four beautiful sockets ready to save me. She smiles as I plug her phone in, only for the socket to let out a small puff of smoke. Apparently, it was "too much." Long story short, the date was over before we even made it to dessert. Apparently, Masterplug didn’t think we needed extra heat in the relationship.Family Bonding Time (Or: How I Became Public Enemy #1)Fast forward to a family dinner. Picture this: I'm using my Masterplug again, saving the day when suddenly I hear my mum’s voice behind me: "What are you doing?" It turns out I’ve accidentally plugged in her vintage sewing machine (yes, she’s still working on a 1950s model). My dad, who’s been dealing with broken light bulbs for years, watches in horror as sparks fly and the whole house lights flicker. Long story short: the Masterplug is fine, but apparently, my parents are too old-fashioned for “modern solutions.” I’m now banned from helping out during dinner. The Boss And The Last StrawNow, onto work. At the office, I bring the Masterplug in because, let's be honest, I’ve got too many devices charging at once. And this thing? It looks like it can handle the load. So, I plug in my computer, phone, and coffee machine (because I’m THAT ambitious). Half an hour later, my boss catches me using the office microwave. Now, I know what you’re thinking—what’s the big deal? The big deal is I didn’t just overload the circuit; I fried it. Cue my boss looking at me like I’ve just ruined the company's Wi-Fi for the next year. Spoiler alert: I was fired. Apparently, plugging in too many things at once isn't “innovative thinking.”Good News For My Child, Bad News For My PetSo, I thought: maybe I should try it at home with the kids. The child loves it—it’s safe, which is a miracle because the kid has somehow tried to plug it into the TV, the fridge, and the neighbour’s shed all in one go. All I’m saying is, the kid's a handful, but at least the Masterplug saved me from frying everything in the house. Then, of course, there’s my pet. A parrot named “Captain Feathers.” The parrot is weirdly attracted to anything that looks like an electrical outlet. I think it’s trying to create an empire. Well, guess what? I used the Masterplug to plug in the parrot’s favourite toy. Problem solved! And for once, Captain Feathers stopped squawking long enough to actually enjoy his time in the cage. So, yes, Masterplug made my pet quieter. That’s more than I can say for the humans in my life. The One Negative ExperienceBut there was one hiccup—I plugged my hairdryer into it and, for reasons I can’t explain, it shut down during my pre-date grooming session. Talk about bad timing. Imagine looking at yourself in the mirror with damp hair and zero options for drying it, all thanks to the one thing that should’ve been my hero. Lesson learned: Don’t challenge the Masterplug with your bathroom gadgets. Stick to what it’s best at—powering your real needs.Final ThoughtsIn conclusion, Masterplug might have ruined a few of my relationships and probably contributed to my job loss, but it’s made me a much more attractive person. Women can’t resist it—they see it, and it’s like I’m a walking power source now. You see, my secret is simple: Masterplug = reliability. And women LOVE reliability (I think). So if you want to become the go-to power guy for your whole neighbourhood, or if you just need a solid, powerful extension lead that’ll help you screw up your life in the funniest ways possible, Masterplug is the one. I’m giving it five stars for making me both more productive and, somehow, mysteriously more dateable. 💁♂️Final Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

High quality.
Excellent item. Perfect for my needs. I was really surprised at the quality of this 3 way plug. It's worth twice the price IMO.

Well made product
It's expensive for what it is (a glorified extension lead) but it did mean I could tidy up cables and attach it to the wall much more easily than a longer gang extension. Plus it is branded which is always a bit more expensive, but feel better knowing that ! The cable is really long and provides surge protection for your devices, and the handy USB ports come in useful - shame it's not USB-C!

Great brand and price
Absolutely perfect. Purchased as a spare for travel ie hospital stays so i dont have to take lots of plugs for ohone and tablet etc to save damage to those items whilst in the bag. Both USB ports work as they should as do the other normal plug sockets. It would have been nicer to have had cut off switches on individual sockets instead of just the one but im happy with it. The socket switch illuminates blue when the item is switched to the on position. All in all you've got a great well trusted brand and a decent item with this. I think this is really excellent value for money and yes I would recommend it.

Tried and tested for about 4 years. Very reliable, very useful.
Masterplug Six Socket Switched Inline Power Surge Protected Extension Lead with Two USB Charging Ports, 2 Metres, Gloss BlackThis is a brilliant item for people who have power sockets in silly places or have to place furniture in front of them. It also means you can have the power raised to an easy height for use to save having to repeatedly get to your knees to unplug one appliance and plug in another.I already have 3 of these, one on my bedside table which not only lets me plug in hairdryer etc but means I can charge phone and kindle by using the usb ports and can plug in my Alexa speaker/clock via the unit.In the living room I have one next to the tv with tv/dvd/video and freeview box/charging unit for a pair of wireless headphones plugged in (not used all at once) avoiding repeatedly plugging in and unplugging behind tv.Just wish the Amazon express delivery driver was as efficient. Paid £5.99 for it to be delivered into someone else's yard by throwing it over a locked gate onto concrete during the first bit of rain we've seen in a while. Not ideal treatment for an electrical item. I was sitting near my front door the whole time waiting for delivery by 1pm and instead received notification of delivery with a picture of someone else's back yard. The different road name is actually on the building she delivered to. I had to walk round the back yards nearby trying to match the picture to a property. Two helpful builders had seen someone delivering a parcel to a property nearby and very helpfully retrieved it for me before it got wet. I was pleased to find it didn't rattle when I shook it.The most impressive thing about the whole event was that the 'delivery' time was 11.24 and attracted a 5 star review.Had it not been for the builders the package would have had to sit in the rain until the neighbour came home making the express delivery redundant.

Great value for money and superb ease of use!
Absolutely superb! I bought it cause I was tired of having no plug in the loo and with this I was able to sort it out in a way that I could get them in the loo in a way that was convenient and space saving. Very pleased at how cost effective it was and arrived so quickly.
