This brace helps with keeping the left arm straight during the golf swing. Creates muscle memory for the golf swing.

You can't bend your elbow with this on your arm, so it forces you to rotate your core to get your club back. It's great for getting a coiled feeling. Also, on the follow through it forces you to keep turning otherwise you won't be able to hang on with the trail hand (no chicken winging).

I liked the concept- agreed with the purpose of the muscle memory- but I could not get a comfortable fit.

As a junior golfer, I have tried some aids to help my swing. So far, this is the best one. Seems like made of quality fabric, soft, and breathable. There are two sticks in both side of the brace to keep my arm straight, in a very natural way. That means it won't make my arm stiff like an old type robot. I can slightly bend my arm to keep my arm straight naturally. It's a great concept to help me build up muscle memory. Highly recommend!

The straps are big enough for incredible hulk arms.

I bought to try and help my chicken wing follow through. It works. Helps keep my left arm straight through the follow through. It’s comfortable to wear. The hole for your elbow seems kind of useless, but for a training aid it seems to do what it’s intended for

I am very new to golf and was searching for a training aid to help with the consistency of my swing. The brace is comfortable and easy to put on. The straps hold the brace firmly in place and prevent you from completely bending your arm, there is some flexibility and a slight bend. I think it's a good tool for beginners to learn until you are able to do it on your own. Overall, I'm satisfied with the quality and performance of the brace, the rest is up to me.

Mine was an off-label use, so take that into consideration when reading what is to follow.I had been waking up with my hand having fallen asleep. Someone with some experience of this said the problem may be that I was probably sleeping with my arm bent. It was true: not just bent but folded tight. So how to keep my arm straight? Then I saw this.I did not feel it kept things straight enough when my arm would rotate, and so as designed, it did not hit my arm in a comfortable spot. I think if I were golfing (I do not), this would not be a problem for that use. What I did was to turn it a quarter turn. Then one of the stiff "slats" lined up with the inside of my elbow. It stayed put. And it kept my arm straight. So it worked pretty well for my use. No more hand falling asleep.The stitching seems well done. At the opening, there is a soft cloth which keeps it comfortable. There are washing instructions on the item itself, in those international symbols, but at least they are large enough to guess what they mean.The straps seemed over abundant to me. I felt like I kept wrapping and wrapping.
