Advanced Ship Modelling: vii

I have not yet read this book as it only arrived yesterday. I have skimmed through it and it looks as though it will be interesting and useful.

Given it four stars because it is well written and covers just about everything you could possibly need to know. Having said that it is really for the aspiring advanced modeller, as just about everything is done from scratch. Nevertheless there are some useful tips on techniques. I think this one will stay on my bookshelf until I am much more confident and wish to move on from using kits as the basis for my models.

An excellent publication with many valuable, technical tips. The photography is of high quality. A pleasure to read, and to flip though during periods of inactivity. Very satisfied.

great book well illustrated and easy to read

The book is definitely for the advanced modeller so if you are a "kit builder" like me , it will be of little use but no complaints as it does what it says on the tin!
